Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Scott Rappr ("we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the scottrappr.digital website and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.
Eligibility

Educational Services
Program Enrollment
Enrollment in our educational programs is subject to:
- Submission of a complete and accurate application
- Successful completion of our admissions process
- Availability of space in the desired cohort
- Payment of applicable tuition and fees
- Acceptance of program-specific terms and conditions
Tuition and Payments
Tuition fees are specified for each program and must be paid according to our payment schedule. By enrolling in a program, you agree to:
- Pay all tuition and fees when due
- Understand that failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to program materials and services
- Review and comply with our refund policy as outlined in program documentation
Refund Policy
Our refund policy varies by program and timing:
- Before program start: Full refund minus administrative fee (SGD 250) if cancelled at least 7 days before start date
- First two weeks: 50% refund if withdrawn within first two weeks of program
- After two weeks: No refund for withdrawals after the first two weeks

Program Participation
As a program participant, you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions and complete assignments
- Engage respectfully with instructors and fellow participants
- Use program materials solely for personal educational purposes
- Maintain academic integrity and avoid plagiarism
- Comply with our code of conduct
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
All content on our website and in our programs, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, course materials, and software (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Scott Rappr or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our Content without written permission
- Remove copyright or other proprietary notices from Content
- Use our Content for commercial purposes
- Share or distribute course materials with non-enrolled individuals
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Content solely for your personal educational purposes during your enrollment period and for reasonable reference thereafter.
Your Content
If you submit, post, or share any content through our Services (such as project work, forum posts, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for educational, promotional, and operational purposes.

- Report violations of this code to program administrators
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination from programs without refund.
Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
No Guarantees
While we strive to provide high-quality education, we make no guarantees regarding:
- Employment outcomes or salary increases
- Certification exam passage rates
- Specific skill acquisition within set timeframes
- Career advancement or job placement
Services Provided "As Is"
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scott Rappr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from:
- Your use or inability to use our Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
- Any interruption or cessation of Services
- Any errors or omissions in Content
Our total liability for all claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scott Rappr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through:
- Informal Resolution: First, contact us at [email protected] to attempt informal resolution
- Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Singapore
- Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) rules
Jurisdiction
You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore for any actions not subject to arbitration.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Scott Rappr regarding our Services.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
